We are looking for Key account manager- Retail store!

About the position:

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing new clients, generating new business, and winning new partners from competition.

Key functions:

• Analyse the behavior and needs of the clients and monitor opportunities to increase sales of Retail products;

• Maintain relationship with clients/partners via email, phone, and meetings on daily/weekly/monthly basis;

• Collect information and feedback from clients about ongoing and future projects;

• Coordinate projects related to partnerships with other departments within the company to ensure timely execution;

• Monitor the availability of products with each partner on a weekly and monthly basis;

• Looking for new clients and increasing the sells to existing with new products;

• Able to work under company's KPIs

• Promoters coordination• CRM / PSI reporting;

• Conducting assortment, pricing, listing, distribution, and other types of market research;

• Implementation and regular control of listing plan for assigned partners;

• Manages the PSI CPFR (maintaining an up-to-date catalogue of partners in CRM; regular data download and reporting; implementation of sales and planning of purchases based on data).

Qualification and skills:

• Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets;

• Experience in channel development in Retail products with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with customers;

• IT market understanding, experience, and ability to deliver new and effective business opportunities for the Company;

• Fluent English;

• Strong analytical, planning and execution skills;

• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

• IT literacy – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

•Driving license cat.B.

The Role:
You would be responsible for providing high quality IT services into the organization, by supporting and maintaining the IT systems while following the IT processes for efficient support to all business users. You would be also responsible for implementing new IT projects, systems and precesses and actively participate in the factory lifecycle.

The Responsibilities:

Managing the implementation of new projects
Participation is instalation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;;
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
Providing IT technical support across the company;
Testing new technology;
Participant in many international IT projects, providing technical information about the current situation, suggestions for a future technical decision and being technical bridge between management and international project leaders.

The Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Previous relevant professional experience at least 3 years;
Fluency in English Language;
Ability for presenting ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language;
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Adaptability to changing environment;
Ability for working with a minimum supervision;
Possession driving license category B.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Program PC software for measuring instruments. 

Adapt existing software to run on new operating systems. 

Extend existing software with new features and functionality. 

Develop customized solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. 

Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications. 

Provide technical support to the sales team, including assisting with product demonstrations and responding to technical inquiries. 

Conduct testing of software to ensure compatibility with different measuring devices and other equipment. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor's degree in information technology or comparable practical training. 

Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, .Net, and SQL databases. 

Experience in GUI programming. 

Ideally interested in the field of measurement, control, weighing, and laboratory technology. 

Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage. 

Confident handling of MS Office products. 

Flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a high level of service and customer orientation.

Embedded Development Software Engineer.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

Preparation of documentation and execution of tests of the developed software/hardware; 

Giving project support from conception to series production; 

Actively programming microcontrollers in C/C++; 

Proficiency in creating circuits and layouts with CAD systems (e.g. Pulsonix); 

Expanding of the existing hardware with additional functions; 

Technical support for the international development department. 

Your profile and qualifications: 

University degree in Electronics, Information technology or comparable practical trainings; 

Proficiency in software development for microcontrollers with C/C++; 

Strong experience in Project management; 

Attraction to the field of measurement, control, weighing and laboratory technology; 

Good command of English – written and spoken; 

German would be a plus; 

Knowledge of MS Office.
